This is my area for questions. If you have any that I don’t have covered, please contact me here and I will be happy to work out an answer for ya and to list it here in case someone else asks the same thing 🙂

How does your shipping work?

If you are local, I am happy to work out delivery/pick up options. If shipping is the route to go, then please know that i try to get the lowest price I can. Shipping is based on the weight/size of the package and the destination. I use UPS and USPS and I am also willing to work out other shipping arrangements upon request.

What’s your return policy?

I am not much of one for returning second-hand items unless it’s totally misrepresented or the wrong item is sent. I try my hardest to make sure each item listed is represented to it’s fullest. If it’s my fault, I’ll be happy to fix it in the most cost-effective manner for both parties, depending on the items and the situation, I hope to make an agreeable solution no matter the circumstances. My customer service goal is to have happy people that enjoy their items! It’s that simple! 🙂

Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

Yes, if I am able and you are willing to pay for it. You may have to be a little patient with me while I figure it out, but if you’ll work with me, I’ll be happy to work with you!

Do you have customer service?

Of course! I am currently a team of 1 and will have knowledge of the process of every item that is presented to you. My goal when dealing with others is to hopefully leave them smiling and with a good experience.
